Imaging is the only audio a station's listeners hear every single hour. It has to be recognisable in three words and it has to survive the four-hundredth play.

Common questions

How fast can you turn a script around?

Most single spots are recorded, edited and delivered within 24 hours of the brief being confirmed. Fully produced commercials run 48 hours, and complete campaign productions 72. Priority delivery is included on the Grand Launch package and available on request elsewhere.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Shona and Ndebele. The Voice Bank is cast so that local-language work is read by native speakers — a wrong stress on a Shona or Ndebele name is immediately obvious to your audience and invisible to a foreign read.

Can I choose which voice reads my script?

Yes. Browse the Voice Bank and name your preference on the quote form. If you are not sure, send the script and the audience and we will come back with a shortlist of two or three voices so you are choosing with your ears.

What do I actually get delivered?

Professional studio recording as WAV, cleaned and loudness-normalised, plus MP3 on request. Any other format — 44.1k, mono, µ-law for telephony, per-module stems — just say so in the brief and it costs nothing extra.

How does broadcast usage work?

Commercial usage rights are included from the Basic package up. Radio and TV broadcast rights are included on the Premium Grand Launch tier and quoted per market and term on the others. Tell us where the spot runs and for how long and you get one all-in figure.
